BRANDYWINE REGIONAL POLICE COMMISSION Brandywine Regional Police is governed by a three member Police Commission. Police Commission members include one Township Supervisor from both East Brandywine and Wallace Townships and one "at large" member. The BRPC and the Chief of Police oversee the day to day operations of the Police Department. BRP Commissioners: David A.
